Qualification for the system Conditions to be fulfilled by economic operators in view of their qualification:Pre­qualification system (PQS); to become pre­qualified (PQ) supplier to Vattenfall Eldistribution of PowerTransformers (PT) from 2 MVA. PQ supplier means that factory is entitled to receive all PT tenders/RFQ for VattenfallEldistribution, Sweden (as long as PQ status is uphold). Only a company that has ownership of a factory thatmanufacture PT can apply and be awarded PQ status. The process for PQ is based on individual factory auditto verify that factory/supplier meet mandatory requirements. If one supplier/company want to PQ more than onefactory, each factory will have it own PQ process as described below.
